At KC Studio Architecture, we are a tight-knit office and believe that a flexible work environment allows our employees to deliver the best client services and creative architectural designs possible. Our industry is cyclical, and we wanted to respond to that. It never made sense to us why 40 hours a week was mandatory, so we operate on an average of 40 hours a week. We get done what needs to get done and keep our clients happy. Don’t miss a deadline and be responsive. Some weeks at our architecture firm are busier than others, and with an unlimited vacation policy, we ensure that our employees maintain a healthy balance in and outside of work.
