Project Manager - Full Time Position

KC Studio is seeking an Architectural Project Manager to join our growing team in Downtown Raleigh. The ideal candidate is ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to deliver top quality designs and exceptional client service. 

What We Are Looking For:

• Self-starter who is eager to learn and take on more responsibility

• Detail-oriented architect who is organized and committed to quality design

• Someone who is willing to ask for help and accept constructive advice

• A good communicator in all forms (written, verbal, and graphic) 

What You Will Do:

• Develop design concepts

• Document existing conditions

• Produce construction documents in Revit

• Manage clients, consultants and staff

• Assist in construction administration

• Prepare presentations and graphics

• Support business development and networking efforts

Qualifications:

• Professional Degree in Architecture

• 5+ years of experience

• Proficient in CAD, Revit and Adobe Creative Suite
