Dr. Ryu is bringing Korean beauty to the Triangle in her new medical spa, inspired by Scandinavian design. KC Studio designed her clinic in a pie-shaped floor plate in a cold, dark shell. Working in the newly construction medical office building required strong coordination between us and the Landlord’s design team and contractors. When a demising wall was not built per condo documents, we revised the drawings and alerted all parties to the change, reducing her purchase price accordingly to the loss in square feet.
