This project involved turning a 1940’s cottage in downtown Cary into a hip and ADA accessible coffee shop for a local non-profit organization. KC Studio maximized the non-profit ‘s budget by carefully selecting materials and took advantage of the cottage charm to create unique indoor and outdoor seating areas. Bar height areas looking out onto the downtown street and custom designed booth seating provide quiet areas to enjoy your coffee. Interior design services were also provided, with a focus on bringing in elements of Esteamed’s brand colors. Pops of teal can be seen in the lighting fixtures and barista cabinetry.
