This clinic includes a treatment floor with 24 patient stations, and staff support areas including conference and storage areas. KC Studio designed the clinic to fit into the shell of an old Rite Aid; however, to add additional natural light within the space, KC Studio worked with a structural engineer to provide new windows throughout the treatment floor. KC Studio assisted the client during due diligence to select the best building for their needs, as well as did the programming, construction documents, permitting and construction.
