The Block on Main got a new ice cream store when the Belt family opened JT’s Creamery in downtown Holly Springs. KC Studio designed a clean and industrious space for them to make frozen concoctions in a first-generation retail space, which required bringing all utilities to the suite. The dipping cabinet was the main feature of the space, and the layout ensures that it is front and center when customers enter from either door. The kitchen equipment layout is designed to sequentially follow the ice cream making process from raw ingredients to finished product.
